On 19 June, Consul General WANG Shuying met with new Lord Mayor of Belfast Councillor Deirdre Hargey and former Lord Mayor Councillor Arder Carson.

Both sides were committed to strengthening the ties between Consulate General and Belfast City Council, joining efforts to promote the sister-city relationship between Belfast and China's Shenyang and win-win cooperation between China and NI to a new level.
